PARTY GUIDELINES

If you are thinking of booking your party at Kubz Klub, please take a moment to study the following guidelines to make your party more enjoyable.

General

• You have to secure your party booking with the payment of a non-refundable £50.00 deposit (£100 deposit for 2hr exclusive hire)

• The balance is required at least 7 days prior to the party 

• You may pay for up to 5 children on the day NB: we do not offer refunds for any children that do not attend the party

• If final numbers increase greatly, please advise at least 3 days before your party to ensure we can cater for them all

• Please advise your guests – all adults enter “free of charge” however any siblings (aged 1-11 years old) not on the guest list will be asked to pay our usual admission prices

• Additional party invitations can be collected from Kubz Klub’s reception if required.

• Minimum of 10 children for a booking

Your party day has arrived

• Party parent/s to arrive 10 minutes before the party is due to commence so we can confirm the guest list with you in preparation for welcoming your guests

• Please encourage your guests to arrive on time – we can then direct them to the allocated seating for your party

• Your party will last for 1 hour 30 minutes in total

• On arrival, you will be greeted by a party host – there may be additional hosts who will take your party for the activity and party food

 

If you’re after a really special party, or If you’re planning a larger event, our facility has a building capacity of up to 130 people and we offer out of hours exclusive private hire.
